Third Party and Return Collection

Dear Customer

With effect from the 1/2/16 there will be changes to third party and return collections.

All collections must be entered onto Griffins Logistics system by 16:30 hrs the day before they require collecting, any jobs entered after this time will automatically add another working day to the service.

I.e. if you entered a job to be collected from London on Monday 16:15hrs this would now be collected on Tuesday but if you entered the job on the system at 16:45hrs this would be collected on Wednesday.

This doesn`t affect the collection of the pallets from yourselves.

If you are unsure when booking a job on our system please give our customer services team or myself a call we will be more than happy to help.
